The Captain Stannard Inn is the only venue of its kind on the Connecticut shoreline. It’s a perfect spot to have a wedding as unique as your dreams. Have your ceremony at the beach, by the floor-to-ceiling hearth, in front of the formal front entry, at the garden gazebo, or on the South Porch.

Have your reception inside or outside. We can host anything from lobster bake to black tie affair. We are handsomely decorated in every season but love it when a couple adds their own personal touch.
